We are looking for an Account Manager with 1.5–2 years of experience in a similar role to join our growing team.

Requirements:
- 1.5–2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (in IT / outsourcing / outstaffing).
- English level: Upper-Intermediate – Advanced .
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of IT team structure and roles within a development team.
- Friendly, responsible, and attentive to details.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor clients’ social media, new vacancies, and company updates.
- Track changes within development teams (e.g., project updates, team rotations, new roles).
- Communicate regularly with developers to gather project news and insights.
- Prepare and present new proposals for clients (up-sell / cross-sell opportunities).
- Conduct regular calls with clients (around once per month).
- Participate in discussions related to rate reviews or contract adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain clear understanding of each project’s team composition and responsibilities.
- Focus on upselling — this is the main KPI.
Would be a plus:
- Previous experience working with developers or tech teams.
- Background in outstaffing / outsourcing IT companies.
