We are looking for an Account Manager with 1.5–2 years of experience in a similar role to join our growing team.

Requirements:

  • 1.5–2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (in IT / outsourcing / outstaffing).
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate – Advanced .
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of IT team structure and roles within a development team.
  • Friendly, responsible, and attentive to details.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor clients’ social media, new vacancies, and company updates.
  • Track changes within development teams (e.g., project updates, team rotations, new roles).
  • Communicate regularly with developers to gather project news and insights.
  • Prepare and present new proposals for clients (up-sell / cross-sell opportunities).
  • Conduct regular calls with clients (around once per month).
  • Participate in discussions related to rate reviews or contract adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain clear understanding of each project’s team composition and responsibilities.
  • Focus on upselling — this is the main KPI.

Would be a plus:

  • Previous experience working with developers or tech teams.
  • Background in outstaffing / outsourcing IT companies.
