We provided integration services, focusing on automating order management and shipping label processing. The goal was to enhance operational efficiency, minimise delays, and ensure seamless data synchronisation between the two platforms.
Lifetime Brands required a robust and automated integration with Linnworks. Orders had to be uploaded to Linnworks every 15 minutes to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely fulfillment. Additionally, the shipping label generation process needed to be optimised so that labels could be printed and transferred seamlessly to Linnworks.
To address these challenges, we developed a custom channel integration. The integration included the following functionalities:
