Additionally, each product required a unique return identifier, and the client needed the ability to dispatch or cancel orders directly through Linnworks. Automated Order Download, Order Dispatch, Stock Updates, and Order Cancellations.
✓ Custom macro for return identifiers
A macro that assigns and manages unique return identifiers based on predefined parameters. Additionally, the system sends notifications when identifier levels are running low.
✓ Custom macro for booking unpaid orders
This macro checks the payment status of orders every 15 minutes. If the payment is confirmed, the system automatically adds the required information and opens the order. If unpaid, the order remains booked until resolved.
✓ Order cancellation synchronisation
Orders canceled are automatically removed from Linnworks, ensuring accurate data management and stock availability.
This integration allowed Spreetail to manage high daily order volumes with greater accuracy and efficiency.
