TradeIt Integration with Linnworks

Patternica developed a custom API channel integration between TradeIt — the proprietary ecommerce platform by Red Technology — and Linnworks (OMS) to automate order processing, inventory synchronization and product data flow across systems.

TradeIt serves as a core enterprise ecommerce platform for complex B2C and B2B operations, including multi-site and integrated commerce environments. The integration was built to ensure seamless operational scalability while eliminating manual backend work.

We engineered a robust API connection between TradeIt and Linnworks that enables automatic order download, real-time inventory updates and continuous price synchronization. The integration ensures TradeIt always reflects accurate stock availability while allowing teams to manage fulfilment centrally from Linnworks.

In addition, product image synchronization via SFTP was implemented to streamline catalog management and keep TradeIt listings consistently updated.
