We implemented a custom API integration that connects Linnworks with Whistl’s fulfilment infrastructure, enabling instant order flow from OMS to 3PL and back. The integration automates order submission, stock level updates, shipping confirmations, and tracking details - allowing fulfilment to happen faster, with fewer errors, and with full transparency at each step.
